Okinawa cuisine to remember after listening to delicious regional cuisine I met on a domestic trip! It is! It is! ""Soki soba"" that I ate at a shop recommended by locals recommended! I was surprised to see it but I could not forget the taste that I ate ... a bit thick eyed noodle that was rusty even for a brief soup. Drooling just by remembering ... ""Ocean grapes"" afterwards. There are plenty of dishes you want to eat sip along with ""Awamori"" such as 'Mimicar' and 'Champuru' of crispy texture that irresistibly has a crisp texture! Although there are various local dishes, Okinawa is a bit overseas even though it is domestic. There are plenty of dishes of atmosphere unique to tropical land! It is nice to eat at the Okinawa restaurant, but I want to enjoy once again while feeling local air. I also wanted to go out to Okinawa.
